Whether you’re stepping on stage for the first time or chasing your next title, our Athlete Stage Presentation Programme delivers 1:1 mentorship, tailored posing routines and consistent support right through to show day. This isn’t just posing practice, it’s where confidence, precision and stage presence collide.

Full Season Programme

Off-Season: â€‹

  • 1x 45min posing session per month (3 total) - online or in-person available

  • Weekly check-ins - online videos with feedback & posing corrections

  • Timeframe flexibility -  Off season programmes can be used across as many weeks as you wish prior to your 12 week prep phase

12-week Prep Phase: â€‹

  • 1x 45min posing session per week- online or in-person available

  • Weekly check-ins - online videos with feedback & posing corrections

  • To be used in 12 consecutive weeks*

$1500 total - $100 off for an upfront payment​

OR $250 monthly​

Casual posing sessions are also available to complement each phase of the Athlete Stage Presentation Programme.
